Factory Rebuild
Program
1.Unit Disassembly and Cleaning
Electrical and hydraulic components are removed. The unit is then disassembled
removing all structural components. All structural components are abrasively
cleaned exposing bare metal to facilitate the inspection process.
2.Inspection
A close visual inspection is done to the entire unit. All critical welds
are non-destructively tested. Cylinders are inspected and pressure tested.
Hydraulic valves are inspected and tested. Auxiliary systems are inspected
and thoroughly tested.
3.Replacement and Reassembly
All steel components are repainted inside and out prior to assembly. During
the assembly process, pins and bushings are replaced, new hoses and fittings
are installed throughout and all wiring and limit switches are replaced.
New turnable bolts are installed and checked for proper torque. Any requested
upgrades are fitted and installed. The entire unit is reassembled and
readied for testing.
4.Final Finishing and Testing
After final painting is complete, a full set of operation and safety decals
is installed and the unit is readied for cycle and stability testing.
All ANSI stability tests are performed from a bridge and documented along
with a myriad of our own stringent tests and cycling. The refurbished
unit is shipped only after successfully completing each and every test
and inspection step in the process.
